Coaching

Hi, I’m Lea - your coach for a healthier, more balanced cycle and everyday life.

For many years, I struggled with my cycle - feeling out of balance and overwhelmed many factors influencing it: nutrition, exercise, stress and my relationships. I experienced several PMS symptoms, from physical to psychological… but I didn`t know where to start and what to change in my daily routines. Standard medical advice like “take the pill” didn’t gave me the answers I was looking for.

So I began to search for my own way. Over time, I became an expert in my cycle, my symptoms and understanding the many elements that influence it.
Through in-depth, evidence‑based research, medical guidance and honest conversations with other women experiencing PMS symptoms, I shaped an approach that finally brought me back into balance.

I learned how to manage my cycle in a way that truly works for me - and in doing so, I significantly improved my daily life, my relationships, my mood and my overall well-being.

Today, it is my mission to share this knowledge and lived experience as your coach. I support women who want to understand their cycle more deeply, regain control over their health and get the most out of their lives.

My coaching approach is solution-focused (Coach Certified by Solutions Academy), scientifically grounded and tailored to your everyday life – so you can find your own path to better female health.

Workshops

With Sophie, a physician in training specializing in Gynecology and Obstetrics with a strong interest in women’s health across the lifespan, I have a deeply knowledgeable and compassionate partner at my side.

Through her clinical training, Sophie works with women experiencing both physical and emotional symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle. Her work includes prevention, patient education, and the clinical management of menstrual-related symptoms.

She also has experience addressing medical conditions that may exacerbate premenstrual symptoms and is familiar with evidence-based approaches to their assessment and treatment.

In addition, Sophie has a particular interest in the role of nutritional factors and supplements in women’s health, including their indications and potential benefits within a medically informed framework.

She is currently completing her doctoral thesis in Psychosomatics. This area of research is highly relevant to conditions such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), where the interaction between physiological processes and psychological factors plays an important role. Her work follows a biopsychosocial perspective that integrates medical, psychological, and lifestyle-related aspects of health.

Sophie will offer Women’s Health Workshops in the future - aimed at improving knowledge and awareness of menstrual health and related conditions. Her goal is to support women in better understanding their menstrual cycle, recognizing potential health concerns early, and promoting long-term health and well-being.
