Individual guidance for your cycle and women's health

Many women never truly learn to understand their cycle. We believe that knowledge is the foundation for self-determined decisions.

That's why Fem. offers no standard solutions — only individual guidance based on your situation, your questions, and your goals.

How your online coaching with Lea works

1. Getting to know each other

We discuss your questions and goals in a 10–15 minute info call. You'll receive information about the coaching offering.

2. Analysis

Together we look at your situation. You'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire that serves as the initial analysis for our work. We bring the results into your first session.

3. Individual guidance

We develop strategies that fit your everyday life. You also always have the opportunity to explore specific topics that come up along the way in more depth.

4. Umsetzung

If you don't want to continue the journey alone, you'll receive support with integrating everything into your life. We accompany you with check-ins across multiple cycles and are your point of contact for questions in between.

What women have taken away from coaching

  • For years, L. (32) struggled with PMDD, unanswered questions, and the feeling of not being taken seriously. Despite numerous medical appointments, she lacked clarity and perspective.

"I finally felt understood and seen. My gynaecologist had not taken me seriously. I haven't felt this hopeful about this topic in a long time."

Today she looks at her journey with new understanding and confidence — and knows she doesn't simply have to accept her symptoms.

  • T., 30, came to coaching with severe menstrual pain and the feeling of being stuck in an information jungle around cycles and hormones.

What she was missing: individual guidance and an understanding that truly worked for her. In coaching, she found exactly that — in a safe space where she could open up and step by step came to understand her own cycle better.

"I finally feel like I truly understand my body — and know what influences it."

  • L., 27, had tried countless approaches to manage her PMDD symptoms over the years — without lasting improvement. What she lacked: an understanding of the causes and a clear, individual plan. In coaching, she was able to develop exactly that.

"For the first time, I feel like I truly understand what's behind my symptoms — and know how to approach it."

  • B., 36, lived for years with unexplained energy lows — not knowing that her cycle was playing a central role. In coaching, exactly that became visible: connections that no one had ever helped her see before.

"Suddenly everything made sense — and I finally understand what's happening in my body."
