We want to make women's health easier to understand.

Fem. was born out of the desire to give women access to evidence-based knowledge and individual guidance around cycle and women's health.

Our Story

Again and again, friends and women around us came to us with similar questions:

Why do I feel this way? What can I do?

What is actually happening in my body?

Where can I find reliable information? What really helps?

At the same time, we experienced how difficult it often is to present scientific information in a way that's accessible and relevant to everyday life. Fem. grew out of that observation.

How It All Began

Meet Lea

My own journey with symptoms is what led me to found Fem. 🙂 I no longer wanted to simply accept my cycle-related complaints and unanswered questions — I wanted to understand what was happening in my body and actually change something.

Today, as a coach, I help women understand their cycle instead of just managing their symptoms. With well-founded knowledge about hormones and the cycle, we first create clarity about what's going on in the body — and from there, we develop individual strategies for greater wellbeing and confidence in everyday life.

Meet Sophie

As a doctor in training in gynaecology and obstetrics, I see every day how important knowledge, understanding, and good guidance are for one's own health. That's why it means a great deal to me to support women in understanding their cycle and their body better, and to make reliable information genuinely accessible.

Our Vision

We envision a world in which women have access to clear, scientifically grounded knowledge about their health.

A world in which questions around cycles, hormones, and women's health can be asked openly.

And a world in which women receive the information they need to make self-determined decisions about their health.

Our Values

  • We are guided by current scientific evidence and place great importance on well-founded information.

  • Health knowledge shouldn't be complicated. We translate scientific findings into language that's useful in everyday life.

  • Every woman is unique. That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, but in individual paths.

  • Our goal is not to make decisions for women. Our goal is to support women in making informed decisions for themselves.
