Over delicious snacks and drinks at JUNG Bakery, we'll explore the female hormonal system together with three gynecologists from Zurich.
We'll discuss what really happens during the menstrual cycle, what causes PMS, the difference to the more severe condition PMDD, which factors and triggers can influence PMS symptoms, and what practical solutions and treatment options are available.
